These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FundedMetrics ("the Service"), a trading performance analytics platform. By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
FundedMetrics is a software tool that allows traders to upload their own trading history (exported as a CSV file from platforms such as Rithmic) and view advanced performance analytics, metrics, and visualisations on a personal dashboard. The Service is an analytics and journaling tool only.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your username or password, allow anyone else to access the Service through your account, use an account registered to someone else, or create multiple accounts to work around plan limits. Access is for a single individual. We may use automated and manual checks to detect sharing — such as simultaneous logins from different devices or logins from geographically incompatible locations — and may suspend an account where sharing is detected.
Free trial. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required to begin it, and because we do not hold a payment method, nothing can be charged when it ends. After fourteen days, access to the dashboard stops until you choose a paid plan; your uploaded data is retained (see the Privacy Policy). We may change or withdraw the trial for new registrations at any time — this does not affect a trial already in progress. The trial is intended as one per person, and we may decline or end trials that appear to be duplicates of the same user.
After any free trial, access to the Service is provided on a paid subscription basis. Orders are fulfilled by Dodo Payments, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record for your purchase and issues your invoice. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Your purchase is also subject to the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms you accept at checkout.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data; upload malicious content; reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
FundedMetrics is a data analytics tool. It does not provide investment, financial, tax, or trading advice, and nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
FundedMetrics is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rithmic, LLC or any prop firm or broker. "Rithmic" is a registered trademark of Rithmic, LLC. Any third-party names are used for identification purposes only.
All content, software, design, and branding of the Service are the property of FundedMetrics and are protected by intellectual property laws. The trading data you upload remains yours; by uploading it, you grant us the limited right to process and store it solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analytics produced will be accurate or complete. The accuracy of any metric depends on the quality and completeness of the data you upload.
The Service is under active development. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance, at any time. We will avoid removing core functionality without notice where reasonably possible.
All metrics shown by the Service — including drawdown, account closure levels and challenge progress — are reconstructed from the CSV files you upload, computed at closed-trade boundaries, using our own models. They are informational only. Your prop firm, broker or platform calculates its own figures using its own data, timing and rules, and those figures are the only ones that govern your account. Differences between the two are expected and are not a defect of the Service. You must not rely on the Service to determine whether you are within your firm's limits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundedMetrics and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network or hosting outages, failures of third-party infrastructure providers, cyber attacks, and natural events. Performance of our obligations is suspended for the duration of such an event.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account. If you are on a free trial there is no subscription to cancel: you can simply stop using the Service, or ask us to close your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
